Open to all veterans who are first claim members of the club they are competing for and who qualify for the championships by residence or birth in the counties of Northumberland,  Durham, Tyne &Wear or Cleveland

Race H.Q. Jarrow & Hebburn AC  club house,Monkton Stadium  Jarrow

Both races are for teams of three, each runner completing  one lap in Race 1( two laps in Race 2 ) of approximately  1.5k  on tarmac paths. Parking  Monkton Stadium
